USA shift - 6 pm - 3 am WFO - Pune We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our team The Provider Enrollment Specialist will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the provider enrollment and credentialing process ensuring compliance with payor requirements and maintaining accurate provider information in various systems Responsibilities Review provider enrollment requirements from different payors and fill out applications accordingly adhering to provider requirements Communicate effectively with payors to follow up on the status of applications and resolve any issues that may arise Demonstrate excellent communication skills to assist other staff members in resolving provider enrollment issues Utilize in-depth working knowledge of various payor applications associated with the workflow process including CHAMPS PECOS and CAQH Manage multiple priorities effectively to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of provider enrollment tasks Oversee the entire provider enrollment and credentialing process including initial applications re-credentialing and maintaining provider information in all necessary systems Requirements Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration business administration or related field Proven experience in provider enrollment and credentialing processes within a healthcare setting Strong understanding of payor requirements and applications such as CHAMPS PECOS and CAQH Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively communicate with internal staff and external payors Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives Job Type Full time Pay 500 000 00 - 800 000 00 per year Schedule Day shift
