Job description The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing daily accounting operations maintaining accurate financial records ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and supporting day to day transactions accounting works GST TDS invoice preparation Key Responsibilities 1 Accounting Bookkeeping Maintain day-to-day accounting records in accounting software e g Tally Record journal entries expenses receipts and payments accurately Manage accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely vendor and client payments 2 Bank Ledger Management Prepare and reconcile bank statements regularly Maintain general ledgers and perform reconciliations of all accounts Monitor cash flow and petty cash transactions 3 Invoicing Billing Prepare and issue sales invoices and credit debit notes Verify purchase invoices and ensure proper approvals Track outstanding invoices and follow up on customer payments 4 Compliance Taxation Assist with GST TDS and other statutory filings Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits Ensure adherence to accounting standards and government regulations 5 Reporting Analysis Support month-end and year-end closing activities Prepare financial summaries expense reports and variance analysis Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance B Com M Com MBA preferred 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles Proficiency in accounting software Tally ERP QuickBooks or similar Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting Good understanding of GST TDS and other statutory compliance Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Interested candidates whatsapp your resume to HR (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 15 667 42 - 23 315 06 per month Advantages Provident Fund Work Location In person
