Roles and Responsibilities Perform preventive and routine maintenance of production machines packaging lines material handling equipment conveyors pumps valves motors compressors and utility equipment Identify mechanical faults diagnose issues and carry out timely repairs to minimize machine downtime Support production teams in changeovers line setups and machine adjustments as per shift requirements Maintain Preventive Maintenance checklists breakdown logs and equipment history as per company s policy Adhere to all safety norms like PPE usage machine guarding fire safety protocols etc Assist in installation testing of new machinery and upgrades of machines when required Follow Positive Manufacturing Practices GMP and hygiene standards required at our FMCG production facility Coordinate with store and purchase teams for spare parts requirement and ensure optimum utilization of the same Participate in audits if required and maintain all audits related documents records accurately Skills Required Strong knowledge of Machine parts equipment repair fitting and alignment Understanding of production machinery used in FMCG manufacturing Ability to read mechanical drawings and handle machines tools Knowledge of hydraulics pneumatics pumps and motor systems Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability Good communication and teamwork skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
