Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients students professionals and explain visa immigration services Respond to inbound queries via phone email and messaging platforms Understand client requirements and provide accurate visa counselling information Follow up with leads and maintain a database of interactions Schedule appointments for walk-ins and virtual counselling sessions Support the counselling team in documentation and application follow-up Maintain confidentiality and professional communication at all times Requirements Minimum qualification Graduate in any stream Positive communication skills in English and local languages Pleasant voice confident and convincing attitude Basic computer and MS Office knowledge Previous experience in telecalling or counselling is a plus but not mandatory Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
