We are looking for a talented Tableau Developer to join our Business Intelligence team The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective visualizations Key Responsibilities Design develop and publish advanced Tableau dashboards visualizations and reports Collaborate with stakeholders to gather understand and document business requirements Create and optimize data extracts calculated fields parameters and sets for complex dashboards Ensure performance tuning of Tableau dashboards and productive use of data sources Maintain version control and documentation of Tableau workbooks Conduct unit testing and resolve bugs issues in Tableau reports Integrate Tableau with various data sources including SQL databases Excel and cloud platforms Support data validation and ensure consistency accuracy and security of reports Required Skills 2 years of experience in Tableau Desktop development Strong experience with Tableau Server Online for publishing user access and maintenance Proficiency in SQL and relational databases like SQL Server Oracle or MySQL Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets to derive insights Strong problem-solving communication and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Analytics or a related field Experience with other BI tools Power BI QlikView is a plus Familiarity with ETL processes and tools is an advantage Experience in Agile Scrum environments Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 450 253 50 - 1 503 263 41 per year Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Work from home Application Question s Ready to relocate Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period Experience Tableau 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
