Job Title Assistant Operations Manager - Logistics Warehousing Location Gurugram HY Industry FMCG - Food Beverages Preferred Experience Required 3 years Education Any Graduate About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our logistics and warehousing operations The ideal candidate will bring strong operational insight a problem-solving mindset and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end supply chain processes Preference will be given to candidates from the FMCG Food Beverages industry though others with relevant experience are encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations to ensure smooth cost-effective and timely movement of goods Manage inbound and outbound logistics including coordination with transporters vendors and internal teams Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained monitor stock movement and lead periodic stock audits Oversee warehouse layout planning storage methods and material handling to maximize space utilization and efficiency Implement and maintain standard operating procedures SOPs for warehousing dispatch and logistics Monitor KPIs related to logistics performance - delivery timelines order accuracy inventory accuracy and cost controls Coordinate with procurement sales and production teams to streamline supply chain operations Ensure compliance with safety health and environmental regulations Drive process improvements through automation system enhancements and staff training Manage and train warehouse and logistics staff to improve performance and accountability Key Requirements Education Graduate in any discipline Experience Minimum 3 years in logistics and warehouse management Industry Preference FMCG Food Beverages or related sectors Strong understanding of supply chain processes warehouse systems and logistics software Hands-on experience with WMS Warehouse Management Systems ERP tools and inventory control Excellent communication leadership and team management skills Ability to analyze data generate reports and drive data-driven decisions Willingness to work in a agile fast-paced environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month
