Profile Summary We are seeking a results-oriented Talent Acquisition with proven experience in Non-IT hiring and bulk recruitment within domestic markets The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can independently manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining exceptional speed quality and stakeholder alignment Key Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for both Non-IT and IT roles including Sales Operations Support Digital Marketing Executive Assistance Content Writing and more Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and develop transparent accurate and role-specific job descriptions Post openings on relevant job portals e g Naukri Shine LinkedIn and execute proactive sourcing strategies Plan and manage bulk hiring initiatives including walk-ins job fairs and mass recruitment drives Source candidates through job portals social media networking and placement tie-ups Screen evaluate and shortlist candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers Knowledge Skills Required Education Master s degree or relevant qualification Experience 6 months in recruitment Strong familiarity with job portals sourcing tools and hiring platforms Preferred Prior experience in bulk or volume hiring Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Gurugram Haryana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s What is your current in-hand salary on a monthly basis What is your expected in-hand salary on a monthly basis In how many days will you be able to join Work Location In person
