Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Robust knowledge in E-Invoicing and E-Way Bill issuance Special preference for candidates with Export Import invoicing experience Key Responsibilities1 GST Compliance Calculate GST make online GST payments and handle monthly quarterly GST return filing Manage GST Refund processes Export Refunds ITC Refunds Maintain accurate GST Income Tax data entry and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines 2 Import Export Accounting Prepare and manage Export Invoices Import Invoices Shipping Bills and related documentation Knowledge of Bill of Entry customs duty calculations and import documentation Coordinate with customs brokers and logistics partners for smooth clearance Prepare documents for export incentives duty refunds and tax refund applications 3 Accounting Bookkeeping Record daily sales and purchase entries in Tally Perform Bank Reconciliation regularly Assist in finalization of accounts at month-end and year-end Monitor debtors handle collection follow-ups and maintain accurate outstanding reports Manage banking operations support finance arrangement and coordinate with lenders if needed Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits 4 E-Commerce Accounting Prepare Monthly Order Reconciliation - Sales Returns Reports for all e-commerce platforms Prepare Payment Reconciliation and Payment Pendency Reports Follow-up for payments from Amazon Flipkart and other marketplaces Track commission charges TCS TDS and reconcile with payment reports Skills Required Proficiency in Tally ERP Strong understanding of GST Income Tax Import Export documentation and compliance Good analytical skills to prepare monthly quarterly financial statements for management Excellent communication planning and organizational skills Ability to coordinate with multiple teams vendors and government portals Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
