The Role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day packing operations in the spice masala breakfast product lines The role includes managing 3-4 automated packing machines- FFS- Augur type Multi Head Weighing and Cup filler also ensuring smooth manual packing operations maintaining production quality and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve daily output targets Job Responsibilities Oversee the operations of automated packing machines FFS- Augur type Multi Head Weighing and Cup filler Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times Follow all Food Safety and company processing guidelines and regulations Complete daily logs paperwork and product sampling Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure Solve practical problems and troubleshoot equipment Plan and execute changeovers for different SKUs Monitor machine parameters and make minor adjustments as needed Filling storage hoppers and opening slide gates for processing Manage manual packing activities ensuring correct weights packaging materials and labeling Allocate manpower efficiently Ensure all packed products meet the required quality standards weight sealing hygiene appearance Coordinate with QC for inline checks and timely corrective actions Execute daily production plans as per requirement Maintain accurate records of production output wastage downtime and material consumption Supervise operators and helpers working on packing lines Identify machine-related issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for quick resolution Other duties as assigned Position Requirements Plus two- Science stream ITI- Mechanical or Electrical Must be able to communicate in Malayalam Read Speak Write Hindi Speak English Read Write Clean-in-place sanitation experience preferred Minimum two years experience in working in the similar background would be desirable Positive communication record-keeping and team management skills Flexibility to support train on all three shifts Work in an environment that is dusty and may contain spices with high pungency heat Be able to work on feet for duration of shift Regular stooping kneeling climbing bending at the waist reaching or handling Vision requirements near and far visual acuity Ability to work in hot temperatures Ability to work in a noisy environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 11 254 16 - 17 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
