- Control Panel Wiring Technician About the Role We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Control Panel Wiring Technician to join our team The candidate will be responsible for assembling wiring testing and troubleshooting electrical control panels as per engineering specifications and industry standards Key Responsibilities Assemble and wire control panels according to electrical schematics wiring diagrams and layout drawings Install electrical components such as PLCs relays power supplies terminal blocks switches transformers and motor control devices Assemble control panels junction boxes and distribution boards Perform point-to-point wiring including routing wires crimping soldering and cable termination Test completed panels for proper functionality continuity and safety compliance Troubleshoot electrical issues including wiring errors component faults or programming-related issues Modify and update control panels based on engineering revisions or customer requirements Maintain accurate documentation including wiring updates test reports and material usage Collaborate with engineers electricians and production teams to ensure accurate builds and timely delivery Required Skills Qualifications Any technical qualification ITI Diploma preferred Strong knowledge of control panel wiring and electrical components Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics Hands-on experience with wiring tools such as multimeters crimping tools and cable termination equipment Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Understanding of industrial control systems like PLCs VFDs sensors and power supplies Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Job Type Full-time Pay 22 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month
