Job Title HR Executive Location The Summit Business Bay Opp Max Cinema Gundavali Andheri East Mumbai Maharashtra 400093 Experience Required 1 to 2 years Salary Up to 40 000 per month Joining Immediate Joiner Preferred We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at The Summit Business Bay Andheri East The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations recruitment onboarding and employee engagement Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Selection Source candidates through job portals social media employee referrals and consultants Screen resumes conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update recruitment trackers 2 Onboarding Documentation Prepare offer letters appointment letters and contract documents Complete joining formalities and ensure accurate documentation Conduct employee inductions and ensure smooth onboarding 3 HR Operations Maintain employee records and HR databases Prepare and update HR dashboards attendance reports and monthly MIS Handle employee requests grievance redressal and general HR queries 4 Payroll Coordination Coordinate with the finance team for payroll inputs such as attendance leaves and deductions Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll data 5 Employee Engagement Plan and execute employee engagement activities events and celebrations Conduct feedback sessions and support employee welfare initiatives 6 Compliance Assist in statutory compliance processes PF ESI gratuity etc Maintain updated knowledge of HR policies and labor laws Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in HR Management or related field 1-2 years of relevant HR experience mandatory Robust communication interpersonal and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools Ability to multitask and work independently Must be an immediate joiner Contact -(phone hidden) or mail to - Admin techvedhas com Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 603 55 - 40 107 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
