The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of Human Resource functions for the company ensuring smooth workforce operations aligned with business goals The role demands a balance of strategic HR planning compliance management people development and strong shop-floor engagement to build a productive and motivated workforce in a manufacturing environment Manager HR Responsibilities 1 Talent Acquisition Workforce Planning a Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for staff technicians and shop-floor operators b Develop relationships with recruitment firms local ITIs polytechnics and engineering colleges for skilled manpower sourcing c Ensure timely manpower availability as per production schedules and expansion plans d Manage onboarding induction and early engagement programs 2 Employee Relations Engagement a Maintain a positive industrial relations climate and proactively address grievances at shop-floor level b Engage regularly with employees to collect feedback to understand issues and improve morale c Organize engagement programs reward systems and welfare activities to reduce attrition d Support the managers in handling employee discipline attendance and performance issues 3 Training Development Performance Management a Identify skill gaps and coordinate technical training programs for operators and supervisors b Conduct behavioural and safety training sessions regularly c Partner with external agencies or industry bodies for specialized training support d Develop a skill matrix for all production employees and create career progression paths e Facilitate annual review cycles goal setting and feedback mechanisms f Support department heads in succession planning and internal promotions 4 HR Systems Policies a Update and enforce HR policies code of conduct and attendance management systems b Digitize HR processes where possible attendance leave appraisal and payroll c Maintain personnel files and data in a confidential and organized manner 5 Statutory Compliance Payroll Management Health Safety Welfare a Ensure full compliance with all labour laws including Factories Act ESIC PF Gratuity Bonus and other statutory requirements b Liaise with labour inspectors PF officers and other authorities during inspections or audits c Manage payroll attendance and leave records accurately using HRMS or manual systems d Maintain proper documentation and timely filing of statutory returns e HR Manager is also designated - Safety Officer and ensures all factory safety standards are in full compliance f Ensure proper implementation of medical check-ups canteen facilities and other welfare measures g Handle accident reporting and insurance-related claims Qualifications Experience Education MBA PGDM in HR MSW MLW Diploma in Industrial Relations Experience 7-12 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setup Skills 1 Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and factory operations 2 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 3 Ability to handle blue-collar workforce and manage IR situations tactfully 4 Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools 5 High integrity and practical problem-solving mindset Job Type Full time Pay 40 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person Application Deadline 30 11 2025 Expected Start Date 15 12 2025
