Location Daryaganj New Delhi Experience 7 Years Industry Real Estate Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Legal Manager who can efficiently draft and review contracts agreements and other legal documents The candidate must also possess strong understanding of residential property pricing trends within their local area to support accurate documentation and negotiations Key Responsibilities Draft review and finalize contracts agreements MoUs sale deeds lease agreements and other legal documents related to real estate transactions Ensure legal compliance and accuracy in all documentation as per company policies and applicable real estate laws Knowledge of residential property prices along with Sales in the assigned region for correct valuation and negotiation support Coordinate with internal teams developers clients and legal counsel for documentation and approvals Support due diligence activities for property acquisition verification and documentation Maintain and organize records of all agreements and legal correspondences Assist in resolving documentation-related issues and provide support during audits Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Law Real Estate Management or related field 7 years of experience in drafting and reviewing real estate contracts and agreements Knowledge of Sales and prices of local residential property pricing market trends and valuation basics Proficiency in MS Office and legal drafting tools Robust communication attention to detail and negotiation skills Job Type Full-time Pay 516 595 25 - 720 000 00 per year Work Location In person
