We are looking for a proactive and skilled HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our company The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing screening conducting interviews and closing profiles efficiently Key Responsibilities Handle full recruitment cycle sourcing screening interviewing and shortlisting candidates Create job descriptions and post job openings on platforms like Indeed Naukri LinkedIn etc Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring decisions Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Conduct telephonic video and face-to-face interviews Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs Onboard new employees and manage documentation Ensure hiring is completed within deadlines Requirements Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field 1-3 years of experience in recruitment Fresher with strong skills may apply Strong knowledge of sourcing tools job portals and hiring strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment Good understanding of HR processes and documentation Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
