What you ll do This position is responsible for defining and communicating a shared architectural vision for a complex product highly integrated multiple applications that enables them to support current and future business needs They will collaborate with Agile teams to consider solutions validate technology assumptions evaluate alternatives and converge on a solution FInally the System Architect will work closely with Enterprise and Solution Architects to deliver solutions that are aligned to the broader architecture guardrails - Lead and participate in the planning definition development and high-level design of complex product solutions and architectural alternatives Enable a continuous delivery pipeline through proper design guidelines Define and communicate system interfaces data structures data storage integrations cybersecurity considerations test automation concepts and deployment approaches Establish and communicate critical nonfunctional requirements Consider the impact economic boundaries have on design decisions and operate accordingly Participate in solution planning incremental planning product demos and inspect and adapt events Collaborate closely with senior IT and business leaders enterprise architects and Cyber Security teams Oversee the implementation and maintenance of machine learning workflows and manage the lifecycle of large language models Design and optimize prompts to guide the behavior of language models and provide strategies to improve their accuracy Design and implement AI-driven solutions to accelerate application onboarding to IAM platforms such as Saviynt Okta Entra and KeyFactor Develop and maintain CI CD pipelines for IAM artifacts including automated testing validation and deployment Train and fine-tune large language models LLMs to interpret REST API documentation and generate IAM integration artifacts e g connectors entitlement mappings Build intelligent agents that can translate API documentation into configurations compatible with IAM solutions such as Saviynt Use Robotic Process Automation RPA tools e g Power Automate Automation Anywhere to automate manual IAM fulfillment tasks that cannot be handled via APIs or connectors Collaborate with architects and product managers to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor automation performance identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement Ensure solutions are secure scalable and compliant with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements Stay current with emerging AI ML and RPA technologies and recommend tools or frameworks that can enhance IAM automation Qualifications Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution 7 years of experience in the software industry Skills - Extensive experience utilizing best practices in software engineering Expert level understanding of Azure Open AI LLMOps MLOps Machine learning RAG Model Tuning and accuracy evaluation Extensive experience developing enterprise grade highly scalable highly performant applications and or distributed systems Expert level skills in C Python Expert level understanding of software design principles design patterns algorithms data structures and multithreading concepts Expert level understanding of DevSecOps CI and CD principles from code check-in through to deployment Extensive experience with modern software development principles including code management test automation APIs microservices and cloud services Solid understanding and proven usage of cybersecurity concepts such as encryption hashing certificates PKIs Threat Modeling secure coding and OWASP Extensive experience working with Agile Scrum or Kanban Experience with multiple cloud service providers such as Azure AWS and GCP Certification is a plus Familiarity with models like LAMA Mistral etc - Advanced verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain and present technical concepts to all levels of the organization Comfortable working directly with both technical and non-technical audiences Valuable judgment time management and decision-making skills Ability to work colaboratively on a technical team Patience and empathy when working with and coaching developers and testers Extensive experience working with diverse global cultures organizations and teams
