Key Responsibilities Prepare technical and commercial proposals for PEB projects as per client requirements Carry out cost estimation BOQ preparation and material take-offs Coordinate with design and engineering teams for preliminary drawings and customized solutions Provide technical inputs during client meetings pre-bid and post-bid discussions Address client queries related to specifications designs and project feasibility Ensure timely submission of proposals and supporting documentation Maintain proposal records client communications and sales support documents Assist the sales team in transitioning finalized projects to the execution project team Generate MIS reports and track proposal status for management review Collaborate closely with sales managers estimators and project engineers to meet client expectations Required Skills Competencies Knowledge of PEB systems steel structures and construction processes Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and estimation tools Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to interpret architectural structural drawings Analytical and problem-solving ability Qualification Experience B E B Tech in Civil Mechanical Structural Engineering 1-4 years of experience in estimation proposals or technical sales in the PEB steel structure industry Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 35 057 01 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
