Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate day-to-day interior fit-out work at the project site Read and interpret architectural and interior drawings accurately Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings specifications and timelines Coordinate with subcontractors vendors and suppliers for smooth workflow Monitor on-site workforce material deliveries and stock levels Prepare and send professional email updates to clients regarding site progress issues and milestones Maintain site documentation and daily progress reports Conduct quality checks and ensure safety standards are followed Resolve site-related issues promptly and report to the project manager Attend client meetings and provide updates as required Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out site supervision Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering Interior Design or related field Proficient in reading technical drawings architectural civil MEP etc Good written and verbal communication skills especially for client emails and reporting Basic computer skills - MS Office email handling etc Strong leadership time management and problem-solving abilities Willing to travel and manage multiple sites if needed Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Perks Paid sick time Provident Fund Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
