Job description Site Engg As a Site Engineer you ll play a key role in overseeing construction activities ensuring technical feasibility quality and adherence to project specifications in office PLEASE NOTE The site location will be Nagaland Assam Only apply if you are open to relocate there We will provide you with accommodation there Key Responsibilities 1 Technical Supervision Manage and supervise on-site construction activities ensuring compliance with technical specifications drawings and quality standards 2 Project Coordination Collaborate with project managers architects and subcontractors to interpret designs review project plans and provide technical insights for successful implementation 3 Quality Assurance Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet prescribed standards and project requirements 4 Problem-Solving Identify and address technical issues promptly offering viable solutions to maintain project progress and quality 5 Documentation Prepare and maintain accurate records including daily logs progress reports and any technical documentation required for the project 6 Material and Resource Management Manage construction materials resources and equipment efficiently to ensure smooth project operations 7 Health and Safety Compliance Enforce and monitor adherence to safety protocols ensuring a safe working environment for all on-site personnel 8 Client Liaison Act as a point of contact for technical queries and provide regular updates to clients or stakeholders regarding project progress Requirements Diploma Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field 3 years experience in construction site management and technical supervision Strong understanding of construction principles methods materials and technical drawings Proficiency in relevant software tools is an advantage Capable of collaborating with diverse teams subcontractors and stakeholders to achieve project goals Ability to work in a dynamic environment manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project needs Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
