Job Title : General Gallery Manager

Job Location : New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

* Overall management of the gallery’s daily operations

* Leading and inspiring the sales team

* Developing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets

* Building and maintaining relationships with collectors, artists, designers, architects, and corporate clients

* Planning and coordinating exhibitions, openings, and private viewings

* Supervising inventory, artwork handling, and documentation

* Coordinating with artists, framers, transporters, and installation teams

* Overseeing client servicing, invoicing, and follow-ups

* Managing staff schedules and ensuring smooth teamwork

* Assisting with marketing initiatives, social media, and gallery promotions

* Preparing sales reports and operational reports for management

* Maintaining the gallery’s presentation and ensuring a premium visitor experience

* Representing the gallery professionally at art fairs and external events when required
