Position Title Product Manager Location Mumbai Industry Textile Printing Solutions Experience 6-12 years Position Overview We are seeking a agile and experienced Product Manager to lead our product portfolio for screen and digital textile printing machines This is a cross-functional leadership role that will act as a central hub for all product-related matters ensuring seamless coordination across sales R D service marketing operations commercial and customer support teams The ideal candidate should come from a B2B industrial products background preferably within the textile machinery and must be capable of owning the entire life cycle of the product from concept to commercialisation Key Responsibilities Own and manage the complete product portfolio for both screen and digital printing machines Gather analyse and translate customer and market requirements into actionable product road maps Collaborate with cross-functional teams sales operations service R D supply chain and marketing to deliver market-leading products Lead new product introductions NPI improvements and life cycle management Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation Be the single point of contact for product-related decisions and communication across internal and external stakeholders Prepare product training materials and support pre-sales and post-sales activities Ensure alignment with business objectives and profitability goals Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business or related field Electrical Electronics or Textile Technology preferred 6-12 years of experience in Product Management preferably in B2B industrial machinery Strong understanding of product life cycle management in a manufacturing setup One-stop-shop mindset problem-solving ownership having Influence on exports dealers distributors and global markets Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach Job Type Full-time Pay 60 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Leave encashment Provident Fund Work from home Work Location In person
