We are looking for a dedicated Technical Executive to manage day-to-day facility operations ensure smooth maintenance activities and coordinate with vendors across client sites The role requires strong technical knowledge problem-solving ability and hands-on experience in managing in office operations independently Key Responsibilities Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance for electrical mechanical and HVAC systems Monitor daily facility operations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues Coordinate with vendors for technical services AMC activities and procurements Inspect client sites regularly and prepare maintenance checklists reports and documentation Ensure compliance with safety protocols statutory requirements and company standards Support project teams in installation repairs and upgrades of technical systems Handle BMS if available utility monitoring and energy management activities Respond to emergencies and troubleshoot equipment failures promptly Maintain inventory of tools spare parts and consumables Provide technical support to clients and ensure high service quality Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
