ob Responsibilities Set up operate and monitor Horizontal Machining Centers HMC as per job requirements Interpret engineering drawings machining symbols and specifications Select appropriate tools cutting parameters fixtures and work holding devices Perform program loading editing and adjustments when required Conduct dimensional inspection using Vernier Micrometer Height Gauge Bore Gauge and other measuring instruments Ensure the first-piece approval and maintain dimensional accuracy during production Monitor machine performance and completion of production targets on time Perform preventive machine maintenance and ensure machine cleanliness Follow safety standards quality procedures and maintain documentation as needed Identify issues in process and troubleshoot tool or offset problems Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of CNC machining operations HMC Ability to understand technical drawings GD T preferred Practical experience in tooling fixture setup and offsets Knowledge of machining parameters speeds and feeds Familiar with measuring equipment and inspection procedures Problem-solving attitude and process improvement mindset Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Advantages Food provided Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
