We re looking for a dedicated detail-oriented intern who understands social media trends communicates clearly and stays organised Your role will include tracking deliverables coordinating with creative teams and making sure projects move smoothly This role comes with endless learning opportunities work closely with strategy creative and performance teams gain real agency experience and collaborate on exciting well-known brands As a Social Media Intern you will support our social media team in developing implementing and monitoring our social media strategies You ll gain hands-on experience with content creation engagement strategies and analytics while working in a dynamic and collaborative setting Key Responsibilities Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for various social media platforms e g Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn Monitor and respond to social media interactions and messages in a timely manner Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for engagement Help track and analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals Support the development of social media campaigns and promotional activities Assist in brainstorming and executing creative ideas for social media content Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Communications Media Studies or a related field Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with social media analytics tools e g Google Analytics Hootsuite is a plus Basic graphic design skills e g experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus Creative detail-oriented and proactive with a passion for social media and digital marketing If you re proactive good with people and eager to grow we d love to have you on the team
