Job Title Accounts Receivable Executive Location Calicut Kerala Organization BEAT Educations - Centre of Excellence Job Type Full-Time About Us BEAT Educations is a leading center of excellence in the education sector committed to delivering high-quality training and learning solutions We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team in Calicut Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage monthly fee payments from students across all branches Maintain accurate records of student-wise receivables and payment schedules Track and follow up on pending or outstanding payments through regular communication with students parents Issue receipts and update the accounting system ERP Odoo Tally promptly Reconcile daily weekly and monthly accounts receivable reports with finance records Coordinate with branch administrators to streamline fee collection and documentation Escalate long-overdue accounts to the Finance Manager for necessary action Assist in preparing aging reports payment reminders and reconciliation statements Support periodic audits and compliance tasks related to receivables Key Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Finance or Accounting 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or fee collection preferably in the education sector Familiarity with accounting software like Odoo Tally or similar ERPs Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and a proactive follow-up attitude Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Experience Oodo 1 year Required Location Calicut Kerala Required Work Location In person
