Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Software developer This role is essential in providing support and guidance to individuals facing various challenges including addiction and behavioral health issues The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of workforce development and be committed to fostering positive change in the lives of those they serve Duties In this position you will be responsible for Conducting assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized service plans Providing addiction counseling and support to individuals seeking recovery Utilizing motivational interviewing techniques to encourage client engagement and progress Implementing crisis management strategies to address immediate client needs effectively Collaborating with social work professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care Facilitating workshops and training sessions focused on workforce development skills Maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with Section 8 regulations Experience The ideal candidate will have A background in behavioral health social work or a related field Experience in addiction counseling or working with individuals facing substance use disorders Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques and crisis management practices Strong communication skills both verbal and written to effectively engage clients and collaborate with team members A commitment to professional development and continuous learning in the fields of workforce development and behavioral health Join us in making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in our community Job Type Part time Pay From 25 00 per day Expected hours No more than 6 per week Benefits Work from home Work Location Remote
