As a key member of the USIS Operations delivery team you will facilitate key customer adoption of our offline products and solutions In this role you will translate business requirements configure test and deploy them within our proprietary cloud-based systems You will have the chance to work closely with professional services technical support and product management teams You will play a key part in the Fulfillment organization s evolution joining a team dedicated to understanding current processes and then applying technology and automation to reimagine our workflow This transformation will shift our focus from operational systems to analyzing outcomes and proactively identifying anomalies What you ll do Responsible for designing and executing complex customer requirements to implement the most efficient solution Develop and present recommendations on optimal project processing identify and resolve gaps in project requirements and champion agile principles within the team Proficient in extracting and refining data using advanced SQL Linux and Python alongside a variety of proprietary and open-source tools Mentor junior analysts and act as a technical escalation point for troubleshooting and resolving complex client-impacting issues Act as a key technical liaison collaborating with multiple groups within the organization including project managers and sales to ensure project success Drive on-time high-quality deliverables by enhancing internal quality procedures and leading quality assurance tasks What experience you need Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Mathematics statistics or equivalent work experience 3-5 years prior experience coding and shell scripting experience SQL Linux Python Perl English Proficiency C1 What could set you apart Experience working with data dictionaries layouts data formats and data encoding ASCII UTF UNICODE EBCDIC In addition experience with Linux and or other programming languages is desired A strong understanding and practical application of the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC and Agile methodologies Experience presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
