Key Responsibilities Develop detailed and accurate 3D architectural models using Revit and other BIM tools Coordinate BIM models with structural MEP and other disciplines Prepare construction documentation including floor plans elevations sections and details Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings using Navisworks or BIM 360 Ensure BIM standards naming conventions and file organization are followed Collaborate with architects engineers and consultants throughout the project lifecycle Support project teams in BIM implementation model management and troubleshooting Requirements Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Architecture or a related field 2 years of hands-on experience in BIM with Revit in architectural projects Proficient in Revit AutoCAD and Navisworks knowledge of SketchUp Enscape or Lumion is a plus Understanding of BIM workflows LOD Level of Detail and industry standards e g ISO 19650 Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a rapid-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in residential commercial or infrastructure projects Familiarity with BIM 360 Autodesk Construction Cloud Knowledge of local building codes and regulations Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Experience Architecture 3 years Required Work Location In person
