The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies protocols and regulatory standards This includes assessing patient conditions administering medications coordinating care plans and collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and well-being Provide direct nursing care to patients including administering medications monitoring vital signs and managing IVs Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans Assist physicians during rounds procedures and emergency situations Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient conditions treatments and care provided Educate patients and families on health management treatments and post-discharge care Ensure infection control practices and hospital hygiene standards are strictly followed Respond promptly to patient needs including emergency care and critical interventions Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the medical team Supervise nursing aides and attendants to ensure proper patient care and ward maintenance Participate in continuous nursing education and training programs Female Candidates Preferred Qualification GNM Bsc Nursing Job Type Full time Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Staff Nurse 1 year Required Location Thiruvananthapuram Kerala Required Work Location In person
