We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team at Jain Construction The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources including compliance payroll training and development employee morale performance management recruitment and other HR functions This role is critical in ensuring that our workforce is motivated compliant and aligned with our company s goals Key Responsibilities HR Compliance Ensure that all HR policies and practices comply with federal state and local laws and regulations Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and ensure company policies are updated accordingly Payroll Management Oversee the payroll process ensuring accuracy and timeliness Manage employee benefits and compensation programs Training and Development Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance Develop and implement training initiatives aligned with company goals Employee Morale Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement addressing concerns and implementing strategies to boost morale Yearly Appraisals and Performance Management Manage the performance appraisal process ensuring fair and timely evaluations Develop and implement a performance management system that aligns with the company s objectives Recruitment Lead the recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding Ensure the recruitment strategy attracts top talent HR Functions Handle other HR duties as required including employee relations conflict resolution and HR record-keeping Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Proven experience as an HR Officer HR Generalist or in a similar role preferably in the construction or related industry Solid knowledge of HR laws regulations and best practices Proficiency in payroll management and HR software Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity Preferred Qualifications Professional HR certification e g SHRM-CP PHR Experience with performance management systems and employee training programs Familiarity with the construction industry and its specific HR challenges If you are a proactive HR professional with a passion for fostering a positive workplace we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Jain Construction Join us in building a better future
