We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage the day-to-day HR operations ensure smooth recruitment processes maintain employee relations and support organizational growth The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills a solid understanding of HR practices and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding Maintain employee records HR databases and HR documentation Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives Assist in payroll processing attendance management and leave tracking Support performance management processes appraisals feedback collection etc Handle employee queries and grievances with confidentiality and empathy Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and HR best practices Collaborate with managers to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions Conduct training sessions orientations and HR-related workshops Generate and share HR reports with management Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field MBA in HR preferred 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or similar role Knowledge of HR laws payroll practices and employee lifecycle management Solid communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask prioritize and work independently Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Health insurance Internet reimbursement Language English Preferred Work Location In person
