We are seeking an experienced Tour Manager - Operations to oversee and manage end-to-end tour operations for both domestic and international travel The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a proven track record of coordinating all aspects of group and FIT Free Independent Traveler bookings to ensure an exceptional customer experience Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage group tours as well as FIT bookings efficiently Liaise and negotiate with suppliers including hotels transport providers and local service partners Oversee all on-ground arrangements to ensure seamless tour execution Monitor and ensure the smooth delivery of services throughout the tour duration Resolve any operational issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction Maintain clear communication with clients suppliers and internal teams Requirements Bachelor s degree in any discipline Proven experience in handling end-to-end tour operations both domestic and international Strong knowledge of travel logistics and supplier management Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Willingness to travel as needed What We Offer Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in the travel industry Career growth and development prospects A collaborative work environment Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 67 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work Location In person
