UI UX Designer Location MG Road Bangalore Type Full-Time About Us We are a boutique product and web design and development studio known for delivering innovative and visually compelling solutions to a select group of clients With 400 web experiences built for clients across the globe our team is passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences We are looking for a UI UX Designer with a focus on websites and products to join our team and grow with us while contributing to user-centric visually stunning and highly functional designs Role Overview As a UI UX Designer you will work closely with our design and development teams to assist in creating intuitive aesthetically pleasing and functional websites and dashboards You ll gain hands-on experience in wireframing prototyping and crafting UI designs while learning how to balance creativity and usability in real-world projects This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to learn contribute and develop into a well-rounded designer Key Responsibilities User Experience Design Assist in user research creating user flows and understanding user needs Support in developing wireframes prototypes and mockups under guidance Collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to turn requirements into effective experiences User Interface Design Design clean visually engaging interfaces aligned with brand guidelines Ensure designs are responsive and user-friendly across devices and screen sizes Work with developers to ensure accurate design implementation Collaboration and Growth Work with cross-functional teams including content and development to deliver cohesive projects Stay curious and updated with emerging design trends tools and technologies Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and team discussions Qualifications and Skills Required 1-2 years of experience as a UI UX or web designer A portfolio showcasing website and product design projects Proficiency in Figma knowledge of Photoshop Illustrator is a plus Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design Solid attention to detail creativity and willingness to learn Good communication and collaboration skills Preferred Knowledge of web and product design best practices such as accessibility and usability Exposure to working with developers or in a digital agency environment What We Offer A creative and collaborative work environment Mentorship and opportunities for professional growth International exposure through diverse client projects Competitive salary and benefits package Job Type Full-time Pay 33 000 00 - 41 600 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
