About the Company Times Audio is setting up a new high-end audio-video store in Bangalore We are in the process of establishing operations and building a local presence Compensation 20 000 - 25 000 per month fixed Role Overview We are looking for a Bangalore-based Operations Assistant to support the setup of our new office and store This role involves on-ground coordination vendor interaction and administrative support during the establishment phase Initial work will be remote work from home until office space is finalized Key Responsibilities Research shortlist and coordinate visits for suitable office spaces in Bangalore Liaise with landlords property agents and service providers Provide updates with photos videos and maintain property comparison reports Assist with onboarding and coordination of new staff Manage basic administrative functions including housekeeping and office support staff Act as a local point of contact for vendors suppliers and contractors Provide inputs on local market practices and operational requirements Requirements Based in Bangalore with positive knowledge of the city Fluency in English Hindi and Kannada Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in WhatsApp email and spreadsheets Ability to travel within Bangalore for site visits and errands Organized professional and able to work independently with minimal supervision Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 210 000 00 - 300 000 00 per year Application Question s Are you currently based in Bangalore and familiar with different commercial areas of the city Do you speak read and write Kannada fluently in addition to English and Hindi Have you previously handled office setup vendor coordination or real estate property search tasks If yes give one example Are you comfortable traveling across Bangalore for site visits and errands on a regular basis Describe your experience if any in managing administrative tasks such as coordinating with housekeeping or office support staff Work Location In person
