Job Title Accountant Location Vashi Experience 2 Years Salary Range 20 000 - 25 000 per month based on experience We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 2 years of experience to handle day-to-day accounting operations The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Tally ERP 9 along with good knowledge of GST TDS and statutory compliances Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting functions efficiently Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements BRS on a daily and monthly basis using Tally ERP 9 Record and post accounting entries including journals petty cash expenses staff travel reimbursements receipts and payments Maintain the Bank Book and prepare cheques RTGS forms for supplier vendor and statutory payments Ensure accurate booking of expenses under proper ledger heads with correct TDS deductions and GST compliance RCM advance receipts unregistered dealers Scrutinize Sundry Creditors for expenses and local purchases prepare weekly and monthly outstanding reports Obtain and reconcile vendor ledger confirmations with company books for audits Assist in preparing financial statements including balance sheets income statements and other statutory reports Support seniors during monthly yearly closings internal audits statutory audits and other accounting projects Qualifications Skills Graduate in Accounting Finance or related field 2 years of relevant accounting experience CA firm experience preferred Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 is mandatory Solid knowledge of GST TDS and statutory compliance Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and support the finance team effectively Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience Bank reconciliation and Petty cash 2 years Preferred Taxation and Compliance 2 years Preferred Balance sheet GST TDS 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
