Accountant cum Cashier Retail Store Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant cum Cashier to manage the daily financial operations of our retail store The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge cashiering experience and advanced proficiency in MS Excel for financial reporting reconciliation and data analysis Key Responsibilities Cashier Duties Handle all cash card and digital transactions at the store Issue receipts process refunds and maintain accurate records of all sales Balance cash register at the end of shifts and prepare daily cash reports Accounting Finance Maintain accurate bookkeeping of store sales purchases and expenses Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software Tally ERP or equivalent Prepare daily weekly and monthly sales expense reports Conduct reconciliations of cash bank and vendor accounts Assist in preparing GST TDS and other statutory returns Advanced Excel Work Develop and maintain spreadsheets for inventory sales and expense tracking Use advanced Excel functions VLOOKUP HLOOKUP Pivot Tables Conditional Formatting Macros for reporting and analysis Generate MIS reports for management to support decision-making General Store Support Assist in stock audits and inventory management Support the store manager in administrative and operational tasks Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce Finance Accounting or equivalent 2-4 years of experience in cashiering accounting preferably in a retail environment Proficiency in Tally ERP software and MS Excel advanced level Strong numerical skills attention to detail and integrity Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities Preferred Skills Experience with retail POS systems Knowledge of GST TDS and compliance requirements Ability to create automated reports in Excel using formulas and macros Employment Type Full time On-site Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Experience Tally 3 years Required ADVANCED EXCEL 2 years Required GOOGLE SHEETS 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
