Maintain day-to-day accounting including vouchers receipts payments petty cash and bank reconciliation Manage accounts payable receivable with suppliers subcontractors and clients and prepare project-wise expense reports Ensure statutory compliance GST TDS etc and coordinate with external auditors when required Assist in budgeting cost control and cash flow management Handle administrative tasks such as attendance leave records employee files and office documentation Support procurement by preparing purchase orders tracking stock material records and coordinating with site staff and vendors Manage office operations including correspondence filing stationery utilities and general admin support Prepare reports letters and assist management with meetings follow-ups and day-to-day coordination Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Work Location In person
