Designation Operations and logistics Executive Experience 3 Years Location Dahisar Mumbai Industry Retail Personal Care Responsibilities This is a full-time Operations Executive role located on-site in Mumbai The Operations Executive will be responsible for daily operational tasks and management activities to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the company s operations Oversee the order processing workflow across all warehouses in India ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreement SLA timelines Coordinate with warehouse teams to facilitate the dispatch of bulk shipments to the respective locations Prepare and generate necessary documents including invoices Purchase Orders PO E-way bills and other relevant documentation required for the movement of goods Collaborate with delivery partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery to end customers Create update and maintain comprehensive sales and inventory Management Information Systems MIS reports Monitor and maintain the inventory of packaging materials to ensure availability for order fulfilment Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills Robust Analytical Skills Experience in Operations and Operations Management Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month
