We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Technical Lead to lead our embedded engineering team The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the architecture development and delivery of cutting-edge firmware solutions You will serve as the senior-most technical expert in client interactions and play a key role in mentoring internal teams to ensure high-quality and timely project execution Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end embedded firmware and hardware development for innovative product solutions Define and oversee system architecture development roadmaps and R D strategy Act as the senior technical representative in client meetings providing expertise and guidance Review and validate design documents schematics and firmware code developed by the team Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product software QA and manufacturing Ensure delivery of technically sound and production-ready solutions within project timelines Mentor guide and upskill internal technical teams promoting a culture of engineering excellence Stay updated with industry trends tools and best practices to drive continuous improvement Key Skills Qualifications Proven experience in embedded systems microcontrollers RTOS Linux Android C C and board bring-up Experience in working with communication protocols such as I2C SPI UART CAN BLE LoRa ARM Cortex MPU Android Yocto ZephyrRTOS FOTA 4G 5G MQTT Modbus RTU TCP Zigbee FTP RTPS TCP-IP UDP Sockets NB-IoT CAT-M1 OCPP DLMS Hands-on experience with tools such as logic analysers and firmware debugging tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead teams make technical decisions and drive execution with minimal supervision Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electronics Electrical or related engineering disciplines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 500 000 00 - 800 000 00 per year Advantages Health insurance Ability to commute relocate Kochi Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s How many years of experience do you have What is your notice period with your current employer What is your current CTC Work Location In person
