We are looking to hire a corporate sales manager who would be responsible for Private Label Sales for our firm We are manufacturers of home care and personal care products and do contract manufacturing for other brands The Primary responsibilities will be as under 1 Private Label Business Development Identify and onboard private label buyers including retailers distributors hygiene brands wellness companies and importers Lead end-to-end client acquisition - from outreach to deal closure for custom-packed and branded products Present packaging options develop SKUs and manage pricing proposals tailored to each buyer 2 Account Management Relationship Building Building strategic partnerships with clients serving as the primary point of contact and managing relationships with manufacturers and suppliers Ensure timely production branding and export of goods with cross-department coordination 3 Market Intelligence Monitoring market trends competitor activities and consumer demand to recommend new products packaging and innovative solutions 4 Negotiation Negotiating agreements and pricing with manufacturers and clients to ensure profitable partnerships 5 Trade Show Participation Representation Represent the firm at trade fairs and buyer-seller meets Consistently follow up with generated leads and convert into meaningful partnerships Requirements Strong background in sales marketing and business development Experience in private label contract manufacturing or international sales will be an added advantage Excellent communication negotiation and client management skills Proficiency in data analysis market research and CRM software Ability to work cross-functionally manage multiple projects and adapt to agile business environments Familiarity with industry-specific knowledge e g home care hygiene and personal care is often advantageous Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment
