Make in this Role As a HIS Analytics Data Developer Solventum you will have the chance to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world Here you will make an impact by Leading healthcare analytics software solutions for HIS products and clients collaborating within an agile team of engineers and developers Implementing enterprise scale application and reporting solutions Determining the design coding and delivery of Solventum HIS products and customer solutions Supporting Solventum HIS product development for customers across the US and the globe Working closely with other teams to deliver our data driven products Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one Solventum requires at a minimum the following qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science Mathematics Statistics Data Science or related field Hands-on experience with BI tools preferably Amazon QuickSight through academic projects internships or early professional work Familiarity with AWS cloud services such as S3 Athena Redshift or RDS and how they integrate with BI tools for data visualization and reporting Strong internship or co-op experience in business intelligence data analytics or dashboard development demonstrating practical application of data storytelling Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts with the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail with a passion for creating clean user-friendly dashboards that support business decision-making Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language commonly used in data development e g Python Ability to troubleshoot and research data and reporting issues Work experience with healthcare data and healthcare related security concepts Solid communicator possessing interpersonal skills
