The Circle-Level Performance Engineer CTEL plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of network performance within a designated circle The CTEL is responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall performance and efficiency of the network infrastructure Responsibilities Business Interlocking Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand business requirements and align network performance goals with organizational objectives Provide insights and recommendations to support business strategies and initiatives Complaint Handling Address customer complaints related to network performance promptly and effectively Investigate and analyze the root causes of network issues working closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective measures Cluster Level Optimization Conduct performance analysis and optimization activities at the cluster level Identify areas of improvement evaluate network KPIs and develop optimization plans to enhance network capacity coverage and quality NPI Support Provide support to the Network Planning and Implementation NPI team by offering technical expertise and guidance during the planning and deployment of new network infrastructure Ensure seamless integration of current sites and technologies into the existing network Regulatory Requirements Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines Collaborate with regulatory bodies when necessary and provide necessary documentation and reports as per regulatory standards Site Physical Audits Conduct regular physical audits of network sites to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Identify potential issues or risks and take appropriate actions to address them ensuring the network infrastructure are maintained in optimal condition Support for Ops Planning Capacity and New Site Justification Collaborate with Operations Planning teams to ensure efficient resource utilization and capacity planning Provide input and insights for justifying the need for new network sites based on traffic demand and coverage gaps Requirements Bachelor s degree in Telecommunications Electrical Engineering or related field 5 to 10 years of experience in performance engineering within the telecommunications industry Strong knowledge of network performance optimization techniques tools and methodologies Experience with complaint handling and customer issue resolution Proficiency in analyzing network KPIs and using performance measurement tools Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in the telecommunications industry Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Ability to lead and manage a team including the NPI Engineer Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Job Snapshot Updated Date 22-09-2025 Job ID Job 3395 Function Network Location TN-Trichy-Thillai Nagar Trichy Tamil Nadu India Experience 5 - 9 Years Employee Type Employee Salary Range INR 500000 - 550000 Annual
