Position Project Head - Interior Design Location Delhi Experience 8-16 Years Industry Preference Interior Designing Architecture Construction About the Role - We are hiring a Project Head to lead and manage large-scale interior design projects ensuring seamless execution from concept to final handover The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership project management expertise and hands-on knowledge of interior design execution This role demands a detail-oriented professional capable of handling multiple stakeholders budgets timelines and quality standards Key Responsibilities - Lead plan and oversee end-to-end execution of interior design projects from design concept to handover Prepare monitor and manage project schedules budgets and resource allocation for timely delivery Coordinate with design teams project managers site engineers contractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution Ensure strict adherence to design intent quality benchmarks safety standards and project deadlines Act as the primary point of contact for clients consultants and stakeholders maintaining clear communication and client satisfaction Review and validate BOQs drawings GFCs and project documentation for accuracy feasibility and cost efficiency Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings with clients and internal teams Identify mitigate and resolve in office challenges delays and project risks proactively Drive value engineering cost control and resource optimization to maximize project efficiency Build mentor and lead a high-performing project execution team for scalability and operational excellence Share MIS reports dashboards and project updates with senior management MD on a regular basis Required Skills Qualifications - 8-16 years of experience in Project Management within the Interior Design Architecture Construction industry Strong expertise in project planning execution and delivery of interior projects Proven ability to review and interpret BOQs GFC drawings and project documentation Hands-on experience in vendor management contract negotiation and site execution Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities Proficiency in MS Project Primavera AutoCAD or other project management tools preferred Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
