Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Service Engineer to handle sales installation and after-sales support of crane parts and related equipment The candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships ensuring timely service and driving sales growth in the assigned territory Key Responsibilities Sales Promote and sell crane parts spares and accessories to existing and new clients Identify business opportunities with crane owners contractors construction companies and industries Prepare and submit quotations negotiate pricing and close orders Meet monthly quarterly sales targets and achieve growth in the region Service Provide installation inspection and maintenance support for crane parts Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues related to crane components Coordinate warranty replacement and repair services Guide customers on proper usage safety and preventive maintenance practices General Maintain updated records of sales activities service calls and customer interactions Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of parts Report market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to management Regular travel to customer sites for sales and service visits Requirements Diploma B E B Tech in Mechanical Electrical Engineering 2-5 years of experience in sales service of crane parts heavy machinery or material handling equipment Strong technical knowledge of crane components gearboxes motors brakes wire ropes hooks electrical panels etc Ability to diagnose faults and recommend suitable parts solutions Excellent communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel extensively for client visits Preferred Skills Prior experience with EOT cranes tower cranes or mobile cranes Familiarity with spare parts management and after-sales support Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability Hands-on skills in mechanical electrical service work Compensation Benefits Competitive salary performance incentives Travel allowance and reimbursement Technical training and development opportunities Career growth in the crane material handling industry Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
