About Aero Robotics Aero Robotics is revolutionizing wind turbine maintenance by combining AI robotics and digital twin technology to make renewable energy safer more reliable and dramatically more cost-effective Our proprietary cloud-based digital twin dashboard integrates data from robotic crawlers ultrasonic testing and AI-powered defect detection to deliver predictive insights for turbine operators Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Full-Stack Developer Intern Digital Twin Web Platform located in Mumbai You will play a key role in building the digital twin web platform that powers Aero Robotics inspection and maintenance solutions Alongside the core web stack you will also contribute to AI model development and training large language models LLMs that learn from turbine inspection data making the system smarter and more predictive with every deployment Responsibilities Develop and maintain frontend dashboards for turbine digital twins including 3D blade turbine visualization Defect heatmaps and inspection logs Real-time device and sensor data feeds Build and optimize backend services APIs data pipelines cloud infrastructure to support robotic data ingestion from crawlers and UT manipulators Collaborate with AI Robotics teams to integrate inspection datasets visual ultrasonic thermal Support the development and training of AI models for defect detection predictive maintenance and anomaly classification Assist in training LLMs on turbine inspection logs operator notes and multi-site data to create intelligent maintenance assistants for operators Implement reporting and analytics modules PDF CSV exports ESG compliance ROI metrics Ensure security and scalability of the SaaS platform multi-tenant architecture GDPR readiness Support deployment of pilots with global wind energy clients India EU Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field Strong knowledge of JavaScript TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks React Next js Experience with Node js Python or Go for backend development Familiarity with databases PostgreSQL MongoDB or similar and REST GraphQL APIs Exposure to cloud platforms AWS GCP or Azure Interest in data visualization 3D rendering Three js WebGL or digital twin platforms Bonus Experience with AI ML frameworks TensorFlow PyTorch LLM fine-tuning or IoT data ingestion What you ll gain Work on cutting-edge digital twin technology in renewable energy robotics Hands-on experience with AI model training and LLM fine-tuning using real turbine inspection datasets Exposure to global clients in wind energy and aviation Mentorship from a multidisciplinary team spanning robotics AI and industrial design Opportunity to convert into a full-time role upon successful internship completion Location - Mumbai Job Types Full time Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
