Job Title Procurement Executive Location B S Halli Facility Nelamangala Experience 2-3 Years Department Procurement Supply Chain Employment Type Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage sourcing vendor coordination and procurement processes for our B S Halli facility The role involves ensuring cost-effective purchasing maintaining quality standards and timely delivery of materials to support smooth operations in both production and R D activities Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality cost and delivery timelines Negotiate prices terms and contracts with vendors to ensure cost efficiency Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records in ERP systems Coordinate with the stores production and quality teams for material requirements Ensure timely follow-up on pending orders and track delivery status Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any supply-related issues Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and reports Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess stock situations Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management Good negotiation and communication skills Basic understanding of taxation purchase terms and commercial clauses Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently Qualifications Graduate in any discipline preferably B Com BBA B E B Tech 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchase functions in a manufacturing setup Job Type Full time Pay 250 000 00 - 400 000 00 per year Benefits Food provided Health insurance Ability to commute relocate Bangalore Karnataka Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Procurement 2 years Required Language Kannada Preferred Location Bangalore Karnataka Preferred Work Location In person
