We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls promote products services and maintain solid customer relationships Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students clients and explain Futura Labs courses services and offerings Handle inbound inquiries provide accurate information and guide candidates through the enrollment process Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system Follow up regularly with interested candidates to ensure maximum conversions Coordinate with the admissions marketing team to achieve monthly targets Skills Required Minimum qualification Plus Two Graduate Strong communication and convincing skills in English Malayalam Ability to handle student client queries in a professional manner Prior experience in telecalling customer service or sales is an added advantage Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
