Key Responsibilities Lead sales of HVAC BMS products and solutions in assigned regions Build and nurture strong relationships with consultants contractors OEMs system integrators and end-users Generate recent business opportunities identify potential clients and drive market penetration Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals quotations and presentations Negotiate effectively and close sales orders Monitor competitor activities market trends and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities Drive product approvals with HVAC BMS consultants and inclusion in project specifications Maintain accurate sales pipelines forecasts and reports in line with company policies Mentor and guide junior sales team members where required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Instrumentation or related engineering field 4-6 years of proven sales experience in HVAC BMS or building automation industry Strong network with consultants MEP contractors and system integrators in the industry Good knowledge of HVAC equipment AHUs FCUs VFD controllers sensors actuators and BMS systems Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills Self-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and reporting Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Application Question s How many years of experience you have in sales of HVAC and BMS sensors products to HVAC and BMS Consultant What is your current salary What is your expected salary what is your notice period What is the reason for change in job Willingness to travel 100 Preferred Work Location In person
