Sales Executive Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Sales Marketing team The role will focus on generating room sales maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the hotel s overall revenue growth Key Responsibilities Promote and sell hotel rooms meeting spaces and event packages to individual and corporate clients Identify and develop recent business opportunities through sales calls cold calling and networking Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat bookings Assist clients with event planning details including menus seating decor and other arrangements in coordination with the operations team Prepare proposals quotations and contracts in line with hotel guidelines Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitor pricing packages and trends Work closely with reservations operations teams to ensure smooth client servicing and event execution Maintain proper records of inquiries conversions and follow-ups in the sales database Qualifications Experience Graduate 1-3 years of sales experience hotel industry preferred freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered Prior exposure to selling rooms banquets or events is a plus Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Good command of written and spoken English additional local regional language preferred Computer proficiency in MS Office knowledge of hotel property management systems PMS CRM will be an advantage Key Competencies Outgoing personality with excellent communication and presentation skills Customer-oriented with the ability to build rapport quickly Target-driven and motivated by achieving results Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Team player with a positive professional attitude Job Details Position Sales Executive Department Sales Marketing Reports to Sales Manager Assistant Sales Manager Location Safale Dahisar Village Manor Palghar Distrct Salary 20 000 Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
