- Assistant Finance ManagerPosition Overview The Assistant Finance Manager will support the Finance Manager in overseeing financial operations preparing reports analyzing data and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations This role requires solid analytical ability attention to detail and the capacity to assist in strategic decision-making to drive financial efficiency and growth Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing financial statements budgets forecasts and management reports Support in monitoring cash flow accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance Ensure compliance with tax regulations audits and statutory requirements Assist in developing and implementing internal controls policies and procedures Review financial transactions and documents for accuracy and completeness Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data and support business decisions Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reduce costs Guide and mentor junior finance team members where necessary Requirements Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Commerce or related field Master s MBA preferred Professional certification CA CMA ACCA CPA or equivalent is an advantage Proven experience in finance accounting or auditing 2-5 years preferred Strong knowledge of financial regulations accounting standards and taxation Proficiency in MS Excel accounting software and ERP systems Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Key Competencies High attention to detail and accuracy Strong numerical and analytical thinking Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Integrity confidentiality and professionalism Team player with leadership potential Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
