We are looking for people passionate about leading change and delivering solutions of the future Software Technical Lead - BMS ETG Coimbatore JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Involves understanding the specification and preparing BMS System Specification Prepare the documents and get them approved by internal stakeholders Participation in customer meetings understanding the RFQ and preparing the technical offer Conduct Design reviews and SW-DFMEA Engage with Functional safety team Participate in customer meetings raising clarifications Participate in CFT meetings Conduct SW Reviews and ensure closure of defects and issues QUALIFICATION B E B Tech in ECE EEE EIE M E M Tech in ECE EEE EIE EXPERIENCE 10 - 15 years TECHNICAL DETAILS - Software design and development as per AUTOSAR architecture - Embedded C with positive Application software development experience for Li Na battery packs - Experience in handling functional safety software development as per ISO26262 standards - Should have experience in developing software CAN UDS LIN As per J1939 - Should have involved in defining software product variant software management - Computing power estimation - Should have experience in managing a team - Well versed in SW Integration and Build process and conducted reviews - Handled SW Deliveries for Indian OEM and customers - Excellent communication skills
